Delicious local produce from our fields to your table.
Freshly harvested, certified organic produce boxes sourced from Viva Farms’ 35 incubator farms in Mount Vernon and Woodinville, as well as alumni and other local farmers. Delivered to our community in Seattle, Bellingham, and throughout Skagit County. Meet the farmers growing this year at Viva Farms here.

Share in the Bounty of Organically Grown Harvests
By joining Viva Farms’ CSA, members commit to supporting beginning farmers throughout the season—sharing in both the bounty and the risks of growing food.
Our fresh, certified organic offerings change with the seasons, and members can look forward to a weekly box with about 8 items that reflect seasonal flavors, which may include: Fresh berries, lettuce and salad mix, sugar snap peas, zucchini and summer squash, green beans, cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, kale, chard, collards, broccoli, fennel, radicchio, onions, garlic, winter squash, and fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill, basil, and more).
Your Support Keeps Feeding the Community
By choosing the supporter share, you help fund those in need of assistance with every box you receive.
How It Works
Choose from our sliding-scale payment options and pay what you can. While we encourage members who are able to join at the supporter level—helping match a box with every order—we also offer reduced fees to ensure everyone in our community can participate.
Select Your Share
Choose a standard share or supporter* then select small (perfect for 1 -2 adults) or large (perfect for 3 - 4 adults or families of 5!).
Choose Your Pickup Site
Select one of our convenient local pickup sites. Note: a $4/fee applies for pickups in Seattle.
Add Extras
Choose to add-on a fresh loaf of bread from our partners at Water Tank Bakery, or shop add-ons each week from our members-only online shop.

Just-Baked Add-Ons
Local bread will be available from our neighbors here in Skagit, the delicious Water Tank Bakery. This will be a rotating selection of 4 varieties delivered weekly or biweekly throughout the season.

FAQs
The CSA box contents change each week and all boxes are packed with 7-10 items each week, based on seasonal availability.
While customers do not pick the individual items, we plan the boxes to include a variety of different types of produce, with the goal of including items that complement each other well and work with a wide variety of recipes.
Examples of what customers can expect include: fresh berries, lettuce or salad mix, sugar snap peas, zucchini, onions, garlic, green beans, cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, kale, chard, collards, radicchio, winter squash, fennel, broccoli, and fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill, basil, etc).
Remember, all our produce is certified organic!
We'll text/email you each week before we harvest, and you'll have until that week's cutoff time (Fridays at 10am) to shop extras. Fill up your cart and don't worry about having to checkout–we'll bill your card on file at the weekly order cutoff.
We understand that life gets busy! If you're heading on vacation, you can place a hold anytime from your Farmhand dashboard, then email Farmhand to let us know which future week you'd like to double up your order.
Alternatively, you can always send a friend or family member to pickup in your place, or donate the share.
We do! For SNAP customers, sign up as usual and select "Cash/Check" at checkout. We will charge you weekly in person and upload the payments manually.
Note: EBT is only available in select locations. Be sure to select a pickup site noted as "Accepts SNAP."
It is the responsibility of the CSA members to pick up their box during the designated time at the designated pick-up site.
If you can’t make the pick-up, you may send a friend to do so. There is no need to contact us, but please give your friend instructions on pick-up procedures.
If a box is not picked up on the designated day, during the designated time frame, we make no guarantees that your box will be available for later pick-up. Some sites are able to hold your box for you, but this depends on the individual businesses that are hosting our pick-ups.
Contact Viva Farms for assistance and more information. Freshness of box contents is guaranteed only on the day and time of the original pick-up schedule. Pick-up locations are all covered and out of the sun, but most do not offer refrigeration. Please consider the pick-up times firm.
We ask that members do not show up early or late and do their best to keep the pick-up site clean and orderly. Upon arrival at your pick-up site, please find your name on the pick-up list and sign or initial to show that you took a box. Do not take a box if your name is not on the list. If your name is on the list but no boxes are available, or if your name is not on the list but you believe you have paid for a box that week, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look into it and make any necessary corrections. The pick-up list is our way of indicating your receipt of your box. Any notes left on the list itself will not reach our Sales Team. If you need to contact us for any reason, email us at: sales@vivafarms.org or call: (360) 969-7191 x807.
We pack our CSAs in plastic harvest totes. Please bring your own bag to transfer the produce into, and leave the boxes at the pick-up site. Please DO NOT take the harvest totes home with you. Small boxes are green and large boxes are beige.
Viva Farms is unable to provide refunds for CSA memberships after payment is made.
Customers who pay in installments can cancel before their next payment goes through, but their subscription will continue under their current installment. After their most recent payment runs out, they will not be charged the scheduled future installments nor will they receive boxes.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of an item included in your box, please contact us within 24 hours so we can discuss how to compensate you for it.
As an organization supporting small farms, we rely on our CSA members’ financial commitment for the entire season. If you are unable to continue receiving your share for whatever reason, you are free to cancel your membership at any time, or transfer it to another person, but will not receive a refund for payment already made. Please contact us in writing by midnight on the Sunday prior to delivery to arrange for a transfer, or one week in advance to cancel. In the unlikely event that Viva Farms is unhappy with a member’s participation in the CSA, we reserve the right to cancel membership and refund the remaining balance at our discretion.
Viva Farms will not refund any remaining balances left over at the end of the season.
